Chrysler's Setzer Cruiser "VaVoom"

sound with hot rod attitude, an electric guitar, red hot
flames and a grammy (R)-winning artist? 
The answer is the Vavoom!

This very cool custom Chrysler PT Cruiser embodies the Hot Rod era in a modern version of classic panel truck.

The Setzer Cruiser will go on Tour with the Brian Setzer Band to help promote their new album "VaVoom."
Multi-platinum, grammy-winning artist and 
custom car aficionado Brian Setzer 
collaborated with DaimlerChrysler's 
Pacifica Advanced Product Design Center 
in Carlsbad, Calif. to produce a one-of-a-kind 
custom Chrysler PTCruiser.

This striking PT is decked out in a Cool metallic indigo blue with yellow-to-orange flames that emanate from the hood and fenders using an extremely cool  painting technique that simulates the pattern of burnished aluminum!
 The interior reflects the same theme with red leather flame inserts in the seats. The seat inserts are designed to look like the sounding board of the Gretsch guitar Setzer plays.

The Awesome Chrysler PT Cruiser Convertible. 

PT Cruiser Convertible Styling Exercise

The two-door PT Cruiser Convertible sports a radical customized look with body-colored bumpers, chrome-accented grill and awesome 16 inch wheels.  In addition, the vehicle was lowered by 1.5 inches (38 mm). 

This Cruiser has a completely redesigned rear quarter panel to accommodate longer doors.

PT Cruiser Convertible

The PT Cruiser convertible emphasizes a free-spirited attitude with a fresh appearance that embodies a totally new character for the Cruiser.

This convertible is finished in a Deep-Shadow-Blue Pearl, clear-coat paint. The interior features a dark taupe and light pearl beige color scheme with cognac and Deep-Shadow-Blue blue accents.

The PT Cruiser Convertible comfortably seats four passengers with theater-style seating. In this configuration, the rear passengers sit higher than the front passengers giving everyone a commanding "view-of-the-road" experience.
